Ion Magos put gymnastics into his life from a very early age, since his childhood, he was a champion in the 400 meter hurdles at the Glyfada gymnastics club.
Although he studied management marketing at the American college of Athens Deere, he is a graduate of Yogaworks 500h and the Academy Base Training.
Also qualified trainer for body weight, cross training, TRX and bosu . In addition, he is a master trainer of Leber fitness and a yoga teacher at the Base Training academy and delivers seminars in Greece and abroad. His passion is Yoga.
